And maybe your story is perfect. Maybe it is perfectly shaped to resonate with those people, who they are and what they care about. And yet they don't get it. It's right there in front of them, in your hand, the thing they need and have been waiting for. The thing they should be looking for. And they don't see it. Because maybe they aren't ready for it yet.
Maybe they aren't ready to change their mindset. Maybe they aren't ready to turn their mind's eye from the problem to the solution. Maybe they aren't ready to accept that you found the answer because they thought only they could. Maybe they aren't ready to look at something better because they haven't quite accepted that what they have isn't good enough. Or maybe they do know it's not good enough, but they still aren't ready to face the loss of changing.
But just because they aren't ready, that doesn't mean you should stop. Sure, it might be easier to go ahead with them. But you can still go. Go alone. Or find others who are ready - even if they aren't the ones with all the influence and resources. Find them and go. There will come a time when those others will be ready. And they will catch up and they will find you.
